About Me
Daniel Rivlin, MD, is a Fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon and Dermatopathologist with over two decades of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of complex skin conditions, including skin cancer. He is highly regarded for his expertise in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatopathology, uniquely positioning him to both identify and treat skin cancers with exceptional precision.
Dr. Rivlin earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. He went on to complete a Fellowship in Mohs Surgery at UCLA Medical Center, where he received an academic award recognizing him as an outstanding resident. He also completed a Fellowship in Dermatopathology at New York University Medical Center, further enhancing his diagnostic capabilities. Following his training, Dr. Rivlin was appointed Director of Dermatopathology at UCLA Medical Center, Division of Dermatology.
Dr. Rivlin has delivered numerous presentations to professional audiences both nationally and internationally. He has authored several peer-reviewed publications and continues to contribute to dermatologic research and education.
With his dual training and comprehensive experience, Dr. Rivlin offers a high level of diagnostic and therapeutic care and is committed to delivering the best outcomes for his patients.
