Meet Janet C. Teltscher, MD

 

Dr. Janet C. Teltscher is an Ivy League–trained, board-certified dermatologist with over 30 years of experience. She provides expert dermatologic care from her offices in North Aventura and Delray Beach, Florida, offering a full spectrum of medical and cosmetic services for patients of all ages.

Dr. Teltscher’s practice focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of skin cancer, as well as general and cosmetic dermatology. She treats a wide range of skin concerns—from acne and rashes to sun damage and aging skin. Her cosmetic expertise includes the use of neuromodulators such as Botox, dermal fillers, and advanced laser therapies for skin rejuvenation, pigment correction, and permanent hair reduction. She also performs sclerotherapy for the treatment of unwanted leg veins.

Dr. Teltscher earned her Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from Harvard University and her medical degree from the College of Physicians & Surgeons at Columbia University. She completed an internship in internal medicine and a dermatology residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where she gained comprehensive training in both medical and procedural dermatology.

A Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, Dr. Teltscher has been recognized for her academic excellence, including receiving the Miriam Berkman Spotnitz Award for Excellence in Original Dermatologic Research from Columbia University. She is deeply committed to providing attentive, personalized care with a strong emphasis on prevention and long-term skin health.
