Lilia Fernandez, NP is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with over 12 years of dedicated dermatology experience, specializing in the early detection and management of skin cancer. Known for her compassionate, patient-centered care, Lilia brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and personal dedication to each patient interaction.

Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Lilia spent years as a Registered Nurse in a high-acuity outpatient setting, where she honed her skills in adult medical, surgical, and trauma care. As a dermatology-focused provider, Lilia is experienced in diagnosing and managing a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin infections, and skin cancers. She performs thorough skin exams, biopsies, and excisions with precision, collaborating closely with dermatologists and multidisciplinary teams to tailor treatment plans to each individual’s needs. She is deeply committed to patient education, ensuring that individuals understand their conditions and treatment options while also emphasizing prevention and long-term skin health.

A lifelong learner and advocate for excellence in care, Lilia stays current with advances in dermatology through continuing education and is an active member of the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners.
