Barry Sarkell, MD, FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology who has been a dedicated practitioner with Dermatology Consultants, P.A. since 1993. With over three decades of experience, Dr. Sarkell is known for providing comprehensive and compassionate dermatologic care to patients of all ages.

Dr. Sarkell earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia, where he distinguished himself as a dedicated and knowledgeable student of medicine. He went on to complete his dermatology residency training at both the Medical College of Virginia and the Medical University of South Carolina, serving as Chief Resident at both institutions—a rare distinction that highlights his leadership and clinical excellence.

He is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and holds the distinction of Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (FAAD), reflecting his commitment to the highest standards of patient care and professional development.
