EltaMD UV Elements Broad-Spectrum SPF 44

EltaMD UV Elements is gentle enough for sensitive skin types, including post-procedure use when you need something gentle and effective. This physical sunscreen is chemical-free and relies on a physical barrier created by zinc oxide and titanium dioxide for safe and comprehensive sun protection. The tinted, moisturizing base filters UV while ultra-hydrating hyaluronic acid protects and hydrates the skin.

The universal tint enhances most skin tones and provides a base layer for buildable coverage, making it a great choice to wear alone or under make-up. EltaMD UV Elements Broad-Spectrum SPF 44 helps prevent sun damage, and if used as directed with other sun protection measures (see Directions), decreases the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging caused by the sun. EltaMD UV Elements include Active Ingredients of 10.0% Zinc oxide, 5.5% Titanium dioxide, which are two clinically proven ingredients to protect skin from sun damage.

  • Titanium dioxide: Natural mineral that works as a sunscreen agent by reflecting and scattering UV radiation
  • Ascorbyl palmitate (vitamin C ester): Antioxidant that reduces free radicals to help diminish the visible signs of aging
  • Sodium hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid): Humectant that attracts and retains moisture, improving skin feel and restores suppleness
