Meet Elizabeth Rogozinski, MD

Dr. Rogozinski is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in adult, pediatric, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology. She is dedicated to providing excellent, compassionate care and is known for treating the whole patient—addressing both the medical and emotional aspects of dermatologic conditions. Dr. Rogozinski performs comprehensive skin examinations and treats a wide range of acute and chronic skin diseases in both children and adults.

Originally from California, Dr. Rogozinski earned her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences with distinction in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She went on to complete a Master of Medical Science at Drexel University, followed by her Doctor of Medicine degree at Drexel University College of Medicine, where she graduated at the top of her class and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her internal medicine internship at Drexel and her dermatology residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio, where she served as Chief Resident during her final year.

Dr. Sadegh Amini Koves is a board-certified dermatologist with extensive training and international experience, currently practicing in South Miami, Florida. He specializes in medical dermatology, skin cancer prevention and treatment, dermatologic surgery, and cosmetic dermatology.

Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Dr. Amini Koves earned his Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree in 1989 from the Central University of Venezuela, where he also completed a two-year internship in Internal Medicine and a residency in Dermatology, finishing in 1994. He subsequently practiced dermatology in private practice for seven years before relocating to the United States in 2003 to continue his career and pursue board certification in the U.S.

In 2010, Dr. Amini Koves completed a prestigious three-year Clinical Research Fellowship at the Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at the University of Miami. He then completed a General Surgery internship at Jackson Memorial Hospital in 2011, followed by a Dermatology Residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami, where he graduated in 2014. Upon completion of his training, he was honored with the Award for Excellence in Dermatologic Surgery—a recognition of his clinical skill and dedication.

Dr. Amini Koves comes from a distinguished dermatologic lineage: both of his parents were dermatologists trained at New York University in the 1950s. Following in their footsteps, he has made significant academic and clinical contributions to the field. Tamara Lior, M.D. is a double board-certified dermatologist and Mohs Micrographic Surgeon who has been practicing in South Florida since 2000. She is highly regarded for her expertise in Mohs micrographic skin cancer surgery and reconstruction, as well as skin cancer screening, cosmetic dermatology, and laser therapies.

A native of Las Vegas, Dr. Lior graduated with honors in Biology from the University of Nevada. She went on to earn her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin, followed by an Internal Medicine internship. Dr. Lior completed her residency in Dermatology at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and subsequently pursued advanced fellowship training in Mohs and Laser Surgery at Boston University.

In 2000, Dr. Lior joined Cleveland Clinic Florida where she held various positions as former Chair of Department of Dermatology and then Head Section of Mohs and Laser Surgery until her departure in 2024.
